SWEET & SALTY ALMONDS

Ingredients

  • 2 cups raw almonds
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp pink salt , or sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Pinch of fresh cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a medium sized mixing bowl, place all of your ingredients.

  3. Stir until all the almonds are well coated with the spices.

  4. Spread your spiced almonds, in a single layer, on your baking sheet.

  5. Bake for 18-20 minutes mixing once after 10 minutes.

  6. Remove from the oven, let cool completely and enjoy!

  7. These sweet & salty almonds can be stored for weeks in an air tight container, but trust me, they won’t last that long.
