STRAWBERRY AND LEMON SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries , chopped
  • 1 small zucchini , pealed and sliced
  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • Juice from 1 large lemon
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder , which ever is your favorite
  • 1 1/2 cups cashew milk , or milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the jar of a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • To keep this recipe vegan, make sure you use a plant based protein.
