Preheat your oven to 350F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside for later.
In a large bowl, combine the oats, chopped nuts, coconut, cinnamon and sea salt. Give the dry ingredients a good mix to combine.
In a small sauce pan, add the maple syrup, almond butter and coconut oil. Cook over low heat stirring constantly until all the wet ingredients are well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the large bowl of dry ingredients. Stir very well to ensure there are no dry spots.
Spread the granola evenly on your prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes stirring the granola half way through the cook time.
After 20 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool completely in on the baking sheet. Do not stir the granola at this point, as that will break up the granola clusters.
Once completely cooled, gently scoop into mason jars or airtight container.
Sprinkle on your favorite yogurt, fruit or simply eat with some nut milk and enjoy!
